are purchasing the zine for personal and not commercial use
understand that this is a remainder sale item, which means that replacements are not possible in the event of a missing item, and the organizers can only issue refunds. Please follow Tumblr, Twitter, or Instagram for updates.
Customs and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that Sapphic Zines organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Shipping and Packaging:

A link to the PDF will be emailed to the email address provided with the order within 3 business days of the purchase

The PDF is for personal use only and not for distribution
Physical Zine:
Physical zines will be inserted in self-sealing polybags and placed in bubble mailers with cardboard backing to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition
Sticker sheets, and bookmarks will be inserted within the pages of the zine
Due to uncertainties with carriers we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but domestic buyers will be able to track their orders through a provided link
Any production and shipping delays will be announced, and updated schedules will be posted on the Sapphic Zines Tumblr, Twitter, or Instagram accounts.
Replacements and Refunds:
Sapphic Zines will be responsible for partially refunding:
Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order)
Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging (e.g. package contents do not match order number, bubble wrap or cardboard back missing, zine damaged inside polybag)
Sapphic Zines will NOT be responsible for partially refunding:
B-Grade orders
Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
Non B-Grade orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)
Sapphic Zines can only replace:
Orders that are returned to Sapphic Zines organizers
Buyer assumes responsibility of paying for re-shipment should the return be due to buyer negligence (incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, failure to pick up package at post office in a timely manner)
Buyers are responsible for understanding their local postage rules and customs fees, if any apply
Sapphic Zines organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
